PhotographY coordinator


Clivabeth Photography is looking for a Photography Coordinator to assist with projects throughout Fall, Winter and Spring busy season. Our studio is based in Carson, CA and requires the ideal candidate to have a flexible schedules that can be adjusted to be available for most photography events. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated to learn more about a wide range of professional photography, ranging from the business input to the creative output. You will get the chance to work on fun and fast-paced projects such as capturing individual portraits to large scale Community & City events. You will gain valuable experience for your career, while helping the growth of support a local small business. 

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Clivabeth Photography guidelines (we’ll train you!)
  • Assist with setting up and breaking down of photo equipment with care
  • Photograph up to 250 subjects daily, ensuring high-quality results
  • Help pose subjects for individual photos as well group shots
  • Organize people and data for a smooth operation
  • Maintain efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the photo day process


Qualifications

  • Must be available for projects in Carson, CA and willing to travel to various locations in Los Angeles
  • Must have great communication skills and positive attitude
  • Dependable, punctual, and adaptable to changing schedules
  • High attention to detail and ability to work quickly
  • Experience using a DSLR camera and photography software such as Lightroom
  • Self-starter, organized, with excellent attention to detail and ability to self-direct, and work within a fast paced environment
  • Interest in photography
